Can I stop my policy from automatically renewing?

You have the option to opt out of automatic renewal through your MyStaysure account. To find out how to do this, please click HERE.

If you’ve changed your mind and would like to cancel your renewal, just give us a call before your renewal date on 01604 265688.

If you pay for your policy in one go, we’ll need at least five days’ notice. If you’re paying monthly for your travel insurance, you’ll need to give us at least 10 days’ notice before your renewal date.
