Making a non emergency claim

If your claim is not an emergency (e.g. medical treatment needed in an emergency) you can submit your claim online.

Non-emergency claims include:

- Baggage and money
- Cutting short your trip (curtailment)
- Delayed baggage
- Medical and other expenses
- Missed departure
- Personal liability
- Travel delay or abandonment
