Am I covered to cancel If I don't get my VISA in time?

If you do not obtain a visa in time for your trip, we will not provide cover. 

The section titled "What is not covered for cancellation," specifies the situations or circumstances that are not included or protected under the cancellation policy, This includes the below:

"any claim resulting from your inability to travel, or continue travelling due to an insured person’s failure to hold, obtain or produce a valid passport or any required visa in time for the booked trip;"
