Can I request for all my information to be deleted by Staysure?

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to delete your personal information, but this right only applies in certain circumstances and isn’t absolute. 

In some situations, we are legally required to keep certain information, for example, to comply with FCA and HMRC rules, prevent fraud, handle audits, or deal with legal claims. 

We also can’t delete information if there’s an ongoing claim, complaint, investigation, or dispute. Even after these are resolved, we may still need to keep some records for a set period if we have an overriding legitimate interest and in line with our retention requirements. 

If we’re unable to fully delete your data, we may instead restrict how it’s used or securely store it until it can be safely removed.
