How do I make a claim?
First of all, check that you’re insured. Travel insurance doesn’t mean you are automatically protected for everything. Your particular insurance policy and the limits covered depend on the level of cover you chose in the first place, so it’s best to check your Validation Certificate and the Policy Wording.
Before you make a claim, check that the amount you are claiming for is above your policy excess. The excess amount is shown under each section in the table of benefits in your policy wording.
