Who should I contact if my flight is disrupted?
You should contact your airline directly if you need help with:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Rebooking onto another flight
- Compensation claims for flight disruption
- Travel or accommodation arrangements if you're stuck in a stopover or transit location
I booked a package holiday – who do I speak to?
If you booked a package holiday (where your flights and accommodation were booked together), you should contact your tour operator about:
- Changes to your hotel
- Airport transfers
- Included excursions
- Significant itinerary changes
- Overall package disruption
I booked everything separately – what should I do?
If you arranged each part of your trip yourself (for example, flight with an airline, hotel separately, transfers separately), each provider is responsible for their own service, so you’ll need to contact them directly:
- Airline – for flight changes
- Hotel – for accommodation changes
- Transfer provider – for transport arrangements
