How long does a claim take to be processed?

If you are waiting for an update about your claim, we usually provide an answer on your claim within 5 working days as long as all documentation has been received. If further documents are needed or if your claim is particularly complex it may take longer. 

We’re dealing with a lot more requests from people that need our help. We don’t think claims should be rushed, so we deal with each one with the same care and attention they deserve. We appreciate your patience as we continue to help as many people as we can.
