Please notify us promptly of any changes to your medical conditions. This includes any changes in medication or any new diagnoses that you may have received. You have two options to inform us about these changes:

  1. Online: You can update your medical information through your My Staysure account by clicking HERE and logging in.
  2. Phone: If you prefer to speak to someone directly, you can call our dedicated renewals team.
