How long can I expect to wait for a call back from the Complaints Department?

You will receive a written acknowledgement within 5 days of raising your complaint.
Whilst we have up to 8 weeks to investigate and respond to a complaint, we aim to contact you a lot sooner.
If you are travelling within this period, please let us know and we will mark your complaint as a priority to deal with urgently.
